If AWS is appointed as the recruiting agent in Nepal for the employer concerned, AWS requires following documents to meet government formalities. These documents will enable this agency to publish vacancy advertisements in the media. This will help us to gather competent candidates in adequate number for scrutiny, interview and selection.
The documents required are as below:
Demand Letter
Demand letter specifies the actual demand of the Employer in complete form pertaining to the specific recruitment service they wish to avail from AWS. This letter is to be typed on the Letter Head of the Employers’ Company and must be duly attested by the concerned authorities and departments. Some of the major points need to be stated in the demand letter are as follows.
- Employee’s job title.
- Basic Salary, Allowances and Over-Time (availability+rates)
- Working hours per day/days per week.
- Accommodation, Transportation and Food provision.
- Other Terms and Conditions. (If any)
Power of Attorney
This Power of Attorney letter actually empowers us as the sole legal representative of the employer to execute thenecessary recruitment and mobilization on their behalf. Governments of both the parties will require attesting and approving from their respective Departments to affect the enforcement of the power. With this power, AWS will promote and recruit as per the Demand letter.
Recruitment Agreement
This agreement involves only the Employer and AWS agreeing formally to the recruitment demand. AWS requires this document as per the Ministry of Labour, here in Nepal.
Letter of Guarantee
This letter is only applicable to Gulf countries and European Countries. The Employing company will issue this letter addressing to the Labour Department of Nepal or simply notifying to whom it may concern, stating that the specified workers will work with the hiring company in the said country and not otherwise.
Job Agreement Paper/Employment Contract
This document is only meant for the Employer and the employee. Parties involved will sign this paper establishing the details of the overall compliance during the course of employment in its entirety. This document should include the below-mentioned details and both parties are expected to stay committed as signed. The major conditions are as below:
- Duration of the contract.
- Employee’s job title.
- Basic Salary, Allowances and Over -Time (availability + rates)
- Working days per week / hours per day.
- Leave benefits (Medical, Annual, Public holidays & any other)
- Accommodation, Transportation and Food provision.
- Insurance and Medical benefits.
- Other Terms and Conditions.
Letter To the Embassy
In the present context only the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and Malaysian government requires this additional letter addressed to their respective Embassy/ Consulate in Nepal or the nearest one. Their respective government as per their Foreign Employment Policy sets this formality condition. Upon receiving this letter through courier( along with other required documents), AWS will present the same to the Embassy along with the passports for visa stamping.
