The selection will be carried out in 2 phases. The first phase is ‘SCREENING’ and the second phase is ‘INTERVIEW’.
Screening
This screening process will be carried out by AWS. This is done to save the time and effort of the employer. As the vacancy notice is published, a large number of applications will be received. AWS with its professional team will conduct the screening test to sort out qualified and competent candidates from the group for the final phase. This process will be carried out one week before the arrival of the employer for an interview. This screening test focuses on the following key points of the candidates:
- English speaking competencies/abilities
- Physical personality (good looking, pleasant, presentable and adaptable)
- Physical (health, physical fitness certificate)
- Work Experience (technical know- how)
- Attitude (work, workplace)
- Employer’s guidelines and recommendations (feedback received after the interview)
Interview
This is the second and final phase of the selection. The employer or the representative will conduct interview and skill test (if required). The selection decision is solely empowered to the employer. AWS will provide all administrative and logistical support and facilities required for this phase. In some cases, if the employer delegates the selection responsibility to AWS, this will be carried out with utmost care and attention in order to fully ensure that the employer will have no complaint at all.
Trade Test
Around The World Service (P) Ltd provides the technical trade test facilities and clients can select the workers conducting interview and trade test in the same place. During the trade test, our staff member will assist clients as well as workers with efficiency like translating the language of both sides.
