Upon receiving the documents like e-visa and final approval from DOFE( Department of Foreign Employment) the name list of the selected candidates will be handed over to travel agent to make the flight confirmation on right time of deployment. The employers are required to send the flight confirmation and PTA in favour of AWS to facilitate the workers. In case the employer’s company does not provide flight tickets, AWS will make arrangement for flight bookings and  send the details to the company at least a week in advance in order to enable them to arrange their airport pick-up and other necessary accommodation arrangement on time.

After signing the employment contract paper by the workers AWS will hand over passport, Air ticket, E-visa copy , final approval letter of DOFE and employment contract paper to the workers before departure.

AWS also acquaints them with all the travelling procedures in order to reach their destination without any complexity.
