Medical Examination

Only selected candidates will be sent for full medical examination to the hospital or clinic recognized by the Dept. of Health, Government of country of employment. Candidates who are physically and medically fit for employment are eligible to sign the employment contract and he/she should be entitled to process his/her employment visa.

Visa Process

AWS will forward the necessary documents of medically fit candidates for visa endorsement by the Embassy or Consulate office of the concerned country.

Final Approval

After receiving the Visa from the Embassy or Consulate office AWS will apply the required documents in DOFE( Department of Foreign Employment) for final approval. Upon receiving the final approval AWS will focus on the pre-departure activities to be carried out.

Pre-departure Activities

Once the necessary formalities are completed, AWS will manage and facilitate following activities for
the candidates to perform their assignments effectively and efficiently at the work site:

• additional English language class (if required)
• job related refresher training.
• additional training as recommended by the employer.
• other activities as per the feedback received from the employer.
• pre- departure orientation

All these activities will be provided to the selected candidates free of cost.
